You grant Chévereh a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your custom order.

  • Intellectual Property of Custom Orders: Any AI-generated content produced by Chévereh for custom orders remains the intellectual property of Chévereh. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased stickers for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

7. User Content and Conduct

  • User Content: You may have the ability to submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") to the website. By submitting User Content, you grant Chévereh a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your User Content in connection with the website and Chévereh's business.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of any third party. Chévereh reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion.
