Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

To ensure timely delivery, all orders must be placed at least 2–3 weeks prior to your event or mailing date.

Printing & Customization

Customer is responsible for providing accurate text, spelling, and logo files.

Chévereh is not liable for errors in customer-submitted content.
Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after printing.

Chévereh is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
